Okay, people, here's your chance to sound off and let us know what's keeping you awake at night...

Is it finding new clients/customers? Determining how much to charge? Sharpening your skills? Navigating the pitfalls of launching your own business Deciding whether to hire employees or outsource?

What's YOUR Top Priority, Number 1 concern when it comes to your business?

After all, you just might find the answers you need... and isn't that what this forum is all about?

Hmm. For me, it's probably finding the right type of clients.

Like lots of people, I started off marketing to just about anyone with a pulse. But eventually I was able to narrow it down to certain criteria that I was looking for in a client.

It can still be a struggle at times to know who would be good to market myself to. I think I'm getting better, and word-of-mouth has spared me from doing much marketing in the last year or so.

But as designers and copywriters, we're basically trading time for money and there's only so much time in the day. Thus the importance of working for the right clients.

(Creating other forms of passive income to fix the "trading time for money" situation is probably another topic.)
