Ad copy
Have a quick question in hopes of getting a quick answer...
I am working for a client who is selling two books that are reprints. He wants to feature them prominently on the ad (8x10), but then wants to list and place pictures of three back titles from his catalog on the bottom of the ad. I suggested that this was not a good idea as it's confusing to the reader (too many choices) and might result in a cursory, "Gee, that's nice" from the reader without the order.
Does anyone have any positive results from an ad that tried to sell more than one product/service at a time?
