Thanks, John.

I'm constantly amazed by the number of clients who comment positively about that little "about me" page (which years ago I had second thoughts about including - I doubted its worth and "professional" appeal).

Making yourself real, as opposed to being another advertisement in this ad-saturated marketing environment, can obviously tip the balance in a copywriter or marketer's favor.

Thanks again for the kind words,
--Barry

Default Here's one more blog

Hi John

my blog is at -

Emotional Times

I first started it so readers of my ezine could post
comments after I sent out an article (usually on some topic
related to emotional healing/self-improvement).

Unfortunately, the comments section doesn't always work.
(It's hosted by blogger - maybe I should have used wordpress??)

I also set up the blog to get a little more exposure to a few
sales letters I've written. (links on the right hand side of each
page of the blog - hint hint)

Default Here are my 2 blogs!

I actually have 2 blogs: one on marketing and another one on Personal Development.

The first one, "Translator Power", is directly related to my profession. Based on my 30+ year experience as a freelance translator, I started the blog to advise my younger (and not so young) colleagues on how to market their services.

I've always been interested in translating and copywriting (on the blog you'll see my article titled: "Translators are Natural Marketers - but they Don't Know it! My theory is that anyone who is able to learn a foreign language and culture should be also able to learn his/her Target Market's language and culture, which as we all know, is the very basis of sound marketing).

The blog is at : Translator Power (I'm planning to host it on its companion website Translator Power.com/, I already own the domain name)

The other blog, "Amsall's Inspirational and Motivational Ramblings", is at AIMR It's much older than "Translator Power". And that's where I call myself "Success Mindset Philosopher" :-)

Michael Brooks,

Great to find you in this forum. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can conclude our business regarding The Small Biz Games...
