Looking for list or list broker

Hope someone can help me out on this.
I'm working on a campaign for a propane heat distributor to generate leads.
I'm looking for a list of propane heat users by county (preferably) or by zip code.

I've never worked with a list broker before.
Is this kind of information that's available?
I know census data collects heating source but don't know if anyone can collect that kind of info.

Interesting question... I can look into this on Monday in the office. It's possible... possible, that we'll have this in our mortgage lists? We have swimming pool information and many other selects... heading source I am not sure.

However our data is affordable and could allow you to do a broad sweeping mail campaign..
