I just stumbled on to this spot...like...14 minutes ago and I'm sure glad I did.

My name's Christopher and I'd like to be a hot shot copywriter.

I'm gonna use the skill to make myself absolutely electrifying. My passion is there though...I'm all about the subject. I love the art of persuasion and learning how people tick, the psychology that is intrinsic in human interaction....the whole sha-bang....

I'm a fan of the old masters, Eugene Schwartz, Claude Hopkins, and Bruce Barton. I'm fairly new to the game but have been reading and learning like a madman. I get teased and heckled by my own family about how intensely I'm studying this.

Little do they realize one very important thing...

I'm a 20 year old kid from NYC tryin' to bring his family out of a specific poverty to live freely and better so I can do significant things in life. Anybody interested in my legendary pursuits can message me about it. Don't wanna clog the forum with my sob story

So I'm out there tryin' to freelance it...put out a "free headline service" as my draw in for paying clients. Get to know the people...set myself up for the sale...be the absolute best...build my wealth and my worth.

And by golly, I got my first potential client...a paralegal/personal fitness trainer/ veteran marathoner who wants to sell her knowledge in a woman's guide to training and finishing a marathon.

I'm getting to work all by me lonesome...but I'm working right as we speak. So my first question all you copy guys and copy gals is simply this...

Can anyone refer me to any winning sales letters related to sports or running training programs for the average man?

My second question is...after meeting me on this post...

Is there anyone out their who can be my friend in Copy?

A like minded person to talk and learn about copy with?

Someone who'd like to share an interest in my success?

I'm an ambitious kid with few friends to speak of. I'm all alone in my pursuits and I feel that only people like you can identify with what I'm doing and can lend me support and friendship that will enrich my life and keep me going.
